Movements Open Up

Waves level 5Rhythms workshop with Peter Fejer
30 April – 3 May 2015, Pilisszentlászló, Hungary

We all have the desire to leave a mark in the world AND we have barriers which prevent us doing this naturally and spontaneously. We might think we are not good enough, or that we are too much, or that people are not interested in us… On this workshop we will explore the roots of these situations through physical movement.

On this workshop we will explore the different qualities of the rhythm of staccato. We will put our focus on how can we allow our movements to open up into the space. We will experiment with allowing our movements to expand, to be more visible, more clear, without trying to ‘act out’, or control each aspect of movement.

The workshop will help you finding your way of leaving a mark, of being visible. Finding a way to show up to the world in a way which feels good to you.

No previous dance experience is needed.
Teaching will be in English and Hungarian.
